You need a valid driver's license (held for at least 3 years), at least 23 years old, a credit card for the security deposit, and a valid ID or passport. International visitors can use their home country license.

Do you offer airport pickup and drop-off?
Absolutely. Pickup and drop-off at Hato International Airport (CUR) are included free with every rental. Just share your flight details when booking. If your timing changes, message us at least 1 hour in advance — delays are never a problem when we know about them. If our team is at the agreed meeting point on time and we can't reach you by phone or WhatsApp, a $20 fee applies for each additional pickup attempt.
What is your cancellation policy?
